Smil Kaffe is freshly roasted, high quality, organic coffee from local roasteries. It wants to offer a slow food experience in a fast speed time.

Chocolate & berry taste

The fruity note in this blend derives from the Honduran natural coffee, which brings with it the sweet taste of wild berries. The base is a washed coffee from Honduras and the special kick in this blend comes from the washed Tanzanian Robusta, produced on the Bukoba Washing Station! We recommend to enjoy this dark roast in combination with milk or milk alternatives as a cappuccino.

Milk chocolate & blackberry taste

This light roast blend emphasizes the comforting roundness and sweetness that comes with the classic natural drying process and combines two of the most iconic origins of specialty coffee: Ethiopia and Brazil. The Ethiopian part of this Blend comes from Ethiopias Guji Zona, relying on traditional craftsmanship regarding the drying process. The Brazilian beans comes from the Dutra farm in São João do Manhuaçu in Minas Gerais. We recommend to enjoy this light roast in combination with milk or milk alternatives as a cappuccino.

Rare hard stoneware cups and saucers, handmade. Especially developed for latte art. With the Smil branding at the bottom of the cups, in a matt Smil lilac glaze.

Quality: vitrified stoneware ceramics, food safe, dishwasher safe, ovenproof, and 100% lead free.

Coffee + friends = smile

Smil Kaffe is a new coffee brand established in the summer of 2020 by Michael Sabro and Jeppe Hein. The two men have long been friends and the idea behind Smil Kaffe was born in Montana, while they were riding horses, lying in the grass and living into the day like modern cowboys sometimes do.

Smil Kaffe has friends and lovers all over the world: museum shops and galleries, art colletives and studios as well as shared workspaces, offices and companies. We love to bring the best “coffee and smile” experience to you and your guests, partners and clients.

Now new friends has joyned the Smil Kaffe family: Hartmud Studio, a German art collective that creates high-end ceramic tableware for the culinary revolution.
